Long-distance care for Mother with dementia: I've been there. I've done it. I've succeeded. Now, I'll help you!

Caring for a loved one with dementia is very challenging, especially when you live far away. When there is no-one to help and you are on your own, what do you do? How do you support from afar? How can you check in on your loved one and make sure they are safe and well?

'You have to take care of yourself.' Sound familiar?  Well, this is why I created this site - I've used and reviewed  gadgets and technology  to ensure the safety and security of my Mother in the comfort of her home. My goal was to keep my PWD (person with dementia) at home for as long as possible and more importantly, help her to be independent, safe and comfortable.

I managed to do so with technology, gadgets and organisation.  It gave me a piece of mind, halfway across the world knowing that I could oversee her well-being.
Whether you're miles away or just next door, these ideas and solutions are crafted to simplify life in your caregiving journey.

My commitment goes beyond just providing product ideas. You do not need to be a tech wiz to use these -  I offer personalised, one-on-one consultations, delving into granular details to equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to provide the best possible care. I also provide tips and back-ups on my blog.

Finally, there is a caregiving forum where we can all exchange ideas on how we manage to care for our loved ones from afar.

Caregiving is not easy. However technology can help and so can I.
