Yes. Even the bathroom. Actually especially for the bathroom.

I knew that at some point, Mama would have difficulties with the bathroom. I researched dementia diligently and tried to prepare as much as I possibly could for when that time came that bathrooms would be an issue.. This preparation included adding signage (check signage page), motion lights (check motion sensor page), and more.
Here are some of the items I put in place with each trip back home over two years.
